A father of two, with over 20 years experience in Judo, Jiujitsu and strength training, I am bringing combination of elite level concepts from East European Olympic weightlifting and martial arts that can be used by the general public, building programming around long term progression, not session to session. Training that is aligned with your physiology, your goals and your life rhythm. My philosophy is that anyone can get strong at any age without breaking your body, using minimal equipment producing maximum output.
If you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, I can help you learn about systems and frameworks rather than workouts or plans. Focusing on long lasting skills such as Strength, Conditioning, Balance, Coordination, Proprioception and Fundamentals in Nutrition.
All one on one training systems are focusing on skill acquisition from bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell resistance that is aligned with your physiology. Teaching and educating with the intention of long term progression that carries over into your daily life.
With minimal equipment in the comfort of your own home or your local gym, our programme is focused on building your strength, conditioning and mobility around your schedule without breaking your body. Oversimplified training methods that work for you whether you have 10 or 45 minutes or train 2, 3 times a week.
Nutrition is built around reality. Sustainable, convenient and enjoyable. Designed to help you navigate creation, acquisition, consistency, organising meal prep, chef recommendations, planning restaurant choices and building frameworks that you could live with. Food is meant to be satisfying, not restrictive.

My blueprint helps you train like an athlete at any age using minimal equipment and rock-solid fundamentals. I assess your whole life and movement, then build around the big patterns: hinge, squat, push, pull, carry, trunk, and power. Training is submaximal, repeatable, and progression is rule-based, so you can train often, protect your joints, and keep improving. Mobility, conditioning, recovery, and nutrition are all built into the system to keep you strong, healthy, and present for the people you love.

Strength is your ability to produce force on demand, and to own it - clean, crisp, and repeatable. It is not a mood, it is a skill, and skills are built by practicing them, not by “getting tired.” Get stronger and everything else becomes easier, because weakness taxes you on every rep, every step, every day.
Conditioning is the ability to recover fast and keep your output high without falling apart. Most people train “conditioning” by flailing until they’re wrecked, then wonder why they’re always sore, slow, and brittle. Build your engine like a professional: controlled doses, quality work, and the kind of fitness that shows up on Monday, not just on Instagram.
Mobility is strength in a usable range, not circus tricks for likes. If you cannot control a position, you do not own it, and what you do not own will be taken away under load. Earn your range with tension, breathe behind the shield, and your joints will feel younger than your passport says.
Power is strength expressed fast, and it has a “snap” you cannot fake. If your training makes you slow, you are paying rent on strength you cannot use when it matters. Train the hinge, the jump, the throw - then walk away while you still feel sharp.

Endurance is your ability to keep the standard high when boredom and discomfort show up. Most people chase suffering; the strong chase mastery and repeat it until it becomes automatic. Build endurance like a craftsman: steady, precise, and brutally consistent.
Proprioception is your internal map - where you are in space without looking - and it’s the difference between “strong” and “dangerously strong.” When this map is sharp, your technique locks in, your balance improves, and your power lands exactly where you want it. Train it every session: controlled reps, stable feet, tight midsection, and attention like a laser.
We train the fundamentals to a high standard so your body moves well, feels strong, and holds up under stress. We progress with clear rules and submax effort so you improve week after week without burnout. We build recovery into the plan so the system fits your life and you can sustain results for years.

As a 35-year-old, I’ve worked with several coaches over the past 10 years, but I never felt any of them added enough value to truly justify the cost. Too often, it felt like they were just going through the motions rather than creating a plan tailored specifically to me. Dan is the complete exception. He genuinely cares about your individual journey and takes the time to create programmes that are fully personalised. If I ever pick up an injury, he quickly adapts my training and suggests specific exercises to support recovery and rehabilitation. He’s very down to earth, easy to talk to, and always willing to go above and beyond what you’d expect from a trainer. An incredible coach who actually delivers real value.

Dan has really helped me develop body confidence which is really important for me, being a mum of two small children I wanted to focus on getting my body back into shape. I feel much more energetic and happy in myself. As someone that doesn’t have any knowledge in the gym Dan has taught me techniques and skills, to maintain a healthy lifestyle working on specific areas of my body to strengthen. I would highly recommend Dan he is very patient which puts me at ease during our sessions.

Yes. You don’t need youth, you need practice. We train strength as a skill, keep volume honest, recover like it’s your job, and you’ll build power without paying for it with your joints.
Good. That fear will keep you disciplined. We rebuild the base first, groove the patterns, start submaximal, and progress in small steps that your tendons can actually cash in.
No. Most people need fewer toys and more mastery. A kettlebell, a pull-up option, and your bodyweight can take you very far if the plan is ruthless and the technique is clean.
